骨膜炎的危害有哪些

骨膜炎很容易導(dǎo)致肌肉痙攣和活動受限，還會引起其他疾病。
　　1、導(dǎo)致肌肉痙攣和活動受限
　　骨膜炎在發(fā)病早期往往會有劇烈疼痛和跳痛癥狀，肌肉會發(fā)生保護(hù)性痙攣，肢體也會因為疼痛而不敢活動。如果病灶接近關(guān)節(jié)，關(guān)節(jié)還會出現(xiàn)腫脹現(xiàn)象，從而引起關(guān)節(jié)活動障礙，嚴(yán)重患者甚至無法正常行走，患者正常生活和工作帶來很大影響。
　　2、引起其他疾病
　　如果患有感染性骨膜炎，又沒有及時進(jìn)行相應(yīng)治療，有可能引起病理性骨折或骨壞死等并發(fā)癥。嚴(yán)重者還會引起感染性休克，甚至危及患者生命。如果是眼眶骨膜炎，晚期可自行破損，且有膿液流出，易反復(fù)發(fā)作形成瘺管。而嚴(yán)重會合并形成瘢痕性瞼外翻，甚至還會并發(fā)腦膜炎或腦水腫。
