1、兩者病因不同
剝脫性角質(zhì)松解癥是一種角化異常性皮膚病，與家族遺傳因素、出汗障礙有關(guān)。皮炎的出現(xiàn)與感染、內(nèi)分泌異常、精神神經(jīng)刺激、遺傳因素、過敏等多種因素有關(guān)。
2、兩者癥狀不同
出現(xiàn)剝脫性角質(zhì)松解癥時，皮膚上會出現(xiàn)米粒大小的白點向四周擴散，自然破裂或經(jīng)過撕剝后，會有一些鱗屑，一般沒有明顯炎癥變化，也沒有明顯瘙癢感。出現(xiàn)皮炎時，皮膚上會有斑疹、丘疹、水泡等，還有明顯瘙癢感。
3、兩者治療方法不同
出現(xiàn)剝脫性角質(zhì)松解癥時，可應(yīng)用低濃度角質(zhì)剝脫劑、溫和潤滑劑等涂抹緩解癥狀。出現(xiàn)皮炎時，可應(yīng)用抗組胺類藥物、免疫抑制劑、糖皮質(zhì)激素等藥物進行治療。
