玻璃體混濁的誘發(fā)因素有哪些

隨年齡增長(zhǎng)，眼部出現(xiàn)退行性病變時(shí)，會(huì)引起生理性玻璃體混濁；高度近視、眼部疾病、眼底出血、玻璃體內(nèi)寄生蟲、眼部外傷等，常會(huì)引起病理性玻璃體混濁。
1、眼部退行性病變所致
隨年齡增長(zhǎng)，玻璃體老化、液化，出現(xiàn)退行性病變時(shí)，會(huì)誘發(fā)生理性玻璃體混濁。
2、高度近視所致
一般出現(xiàn)600度以上的高度近視時(shí)，也會(huì)影響玻璃體，導(dǎo)致病理性玻璃體混濁。
3、眼部疾病所致
患有葡萄膜炎、視網(wǎng)膜脫落等眼部疾病時(shí)，也常會(huì)出現(xiàn)玻璃體混濁。
4、眼底出血所致
因糖尿病導(dǎo)致眼底出血，或眼底視網(wǎng)膜靜脈堵塞導(dǎo)致眼底出血時(shí)，也會(huì)誘發(fā)玻璃體混濁。
5、玻璃體內(nèi)寄生蟲所致
寄生蟲進(jìn)入玻璃體內(nèi)，釋放毒素會(huì)引起嚴(yán)重的玻璃體混濁、視網(wǎng)膜脫落，影響視力。
6、眼部外傷所致
若眼部受到鈍挫傷、穿通傷時(shí)，會(huì)有眼內(nèi)出血，這時(shí)也會(huì)引起玻璃體混濁。
