膽囊癌的早期癥狀有哪些

腹部疼痛是膽囊癌患者最早出現(xiàn)的癥狀，中上腹或右上腹隱痛可有劇痛感；其次有食欲下降、噯氣、惡心、嘔吐等消化道不適癥狀；另外還有黃疸、身體消瘦、發(fā)燒等表現(xiàn)。
1、腹部疼痛
腹部疼痛是膽囊癌患者最早出現(xiàn)的癥狀，中上腹和右上腹出現(xiàn)隱隱作痛的感覺，有時候會有劇烈的疼痛感。
2、消化道不適癥狀
膽囊癌后會影響到消化道的功能，常會伴隨著食欲下降、噯氣、惡心、嘔吐、腹部脹痛等消化道不適癥狀。
3、黃疸
患者還會有黃疸的表現(xiàn)，鞏膜、皮膚發(fā)黃，尿液發(fā)黃，同時還會伴隨著皮膚瘙癢癥狀。
4、身體消瘦
癌細胞的內(nèi)耗患者會出現(xiàn)不明原因的體重下降、身體消瘦的表現(xiàn)，此時應(yīng)及時去醫(yī)院檢查，是否有消耗性疾病。
5、發(fā)燒
出現(xiàn)膽囊癌后，還常會有不明原因的發(fā)燒癥狀，持續(xù)不退。
