扁平苔蘚嚴(yán)重嗎

扁平苔蘚是較嚴(yán)重疾病，目前沒有徹底治愈扁平苔蘚的方法，疾病反復(fù)發(fā)作；患處的潰瘍、瘙癢不適感，會降低生活質(zhì)量、影響心理健康；病情加重可能會發(fā)生癌變。
　　1.降低生活質(zhì)量
　　出現(xiàn)扁平苔蘚時，患處會有潰瘍、瘙癢等不適感，常會影響正常的生活。
　　2.影響心理健康
　　扁平苔蘚嚴(yán)重時會導(dǎo)致脫發(fā)、脫甲等，影響美觀。有些患者的心理壓力特別大，可能會出現(xiàn)焦慮、抑郁等不良情緒，影響心理健康。
　　3.發(fā)生癌變
　　扁平苔蘚嚴(yán)重時有一定的癌變率，尤其是患有扁平苔蘚后不能戒煙，多次受到X線照射等，出現(xiàn)癌變的可能性會更大一些。
