腭裂能自愈嗎

腭裂不能自愈，治療需選擇手術(shù)可恢復(fù)部分功能，如恢復(fù)正常的言語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力，吞咽能力，女性在懷孕期間必須要做好全面預(yù)防措施，盡可能減少畸形出現(xiàn)幾率。
　　腭裂是先天性疾病，不具備自動(dòng)恢復(fù)效果，需要盡快整手術(shù)恢復(fù)生理性功能，使得病人能夠恢復(fù)到正常的吞咽能力，言語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力，還有吮吸能力，以免給病人帶來不必要的身體影響或者心理影響。
　　腭裂手術(shù)后應(yīng)該注重于語(yǔ)音康復(fù)訓(xùn)練，能夠促進(jìn)部分功能恢復(fù)。另外懷孕期間需要做好全面預(yù)防措施，定期接受孕檢，盡可能做到優(yōu)生優(yōu)育，能夠有效減少畸形出現(xiàn)幾率。
