有些肝血管瘤的體積是比較大的，而且離著肝靜脈主干、肝門以及肝膽管等重要的部位非常近。手術(shù)治療的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)非常大，為了能夠保留正常的結(jié)構(gòu)，通常無法將肝血管瘤全部切除，這樣一來，術(shù)后的復(fù)發(fā)率就會(huì)明顯提高。
