凍瘡的誘發(fā)因素有哪些

凍瘡的誘發(fā)因素跟氣候寒冷、年齡性因素、體質(zhì)強弱及嚴重缺乏運動有關(guān)，這類人群在受到寒冷刺激后易出現(xiàn)凍瘡。
　　一、氣候寒冷
　　寒冷氣候局部肌膚血液不循環(huán)，不注重保暖會容易出現(xiàn)凍瘡。
　　二、年齡性因素
　　青少年兒童肌膚較脆弱，在受到寒冷刺激后會導致小血管進入到快速收縮狀態(tài)，會出現(xiàn)明顯血液瘀滯。
　　三、體質(zhì)強弱
　　體質(zhì)虛弱會導致血液循環(huán)存在問題容易在寒冷季節(jié)出現(xiàn)凍瘡。個人肌膚對于冷刺激沒有更好的適應(yīng)性，或無法經(jīng)得起冷空氣的刺激，會增加凍瘡的出現(xiàn)。
　　四、嚴重缺乏運動
　　常年不運動的人容易出現(xiàn)血液不流通，再加上抗寒能力較弱，一旦受到寒冷刺激，凍瘡出現(xiàn)幾率較高。
