肺不張的好發(fā)人群有哪些

肺不張好發(fā)人群主要為：兒童、老年人、長期吸煙者、呼吸道感染性疾病者以及腹部大手術(shù)者。
1、兒童
兒童肺不張都是由于吸入異物所致，輕癥患兒不易發(fā)現(xiàn)，表現(xiàn)為說話有嗆咳、咳嗽、窒息等癥狀。
2、老年人
老年人肺部裝多是由于肺癌等腫瘤疾病所致；哮喘患者病情反復發(fā)作，未及時治療也可能引起肺部組織發(fā)生病變，肺部脹發(fā)病率較高。
3、呼吸道感染疾病患者
肺不張與呼吸異常有關。急性或慢性呼吸道感染者，感染性癥狀持續(xù)存在，導致呼吸不暢、支氣管變形，易形成肺不張。
4、腹部大手術(shù)者
腹部大手術(shù)者，術(shù)后局部疼痛，呼吸運動受限而咳嗽受到抑制，痰液難以排出，堵塞支氣管可誘發(fā)常合并肺不張；另外。腹部大手術(shù)麻醉后，支氣管粘膜皮下功能受損，分泌物運送障礙過多，集聚氣管內(nèi)也可引起肺不張。
