汗皰疹的早期癥狀有哪些

汗皰疹發(fā)病早期會出現(xiàn)一些散發(fā)或成群深部水泡，伴隨皮膚瘙癢、疼痛等癥狀；用手抓撓，繼發(fā)濕疹化表現(xiàn)，出現(xiàn)紅斑、丘疹等。
1、水泡
在發(fā)病早期，手掌、手指的側(cè)面、足底、足趾兩側(cè)常會出現(xiàn)一些散發(fā)或成群深部水泡，水泡中有清涼、透明液體。有些相鄰水泡匯合成大泡，皮膚表面隆起。
2、皮膚瘙癢
一般出現(xiàn)汗皰疹時，皮膚瘙癢癥狀會伴隨水泡一起出現(xiàn)，這種瘙癢癥狀特別嚴(yán)重，忍不住用手抓撓時瘙癢癥狀會更加明顯。
3、皮膚疼痛
出現(xiàn)汗皰疹時，在患處除了有劇烈瘙癢感外，還可能伴隨疼痛感、燒灼感。
4、濕疹化表現(xiàn)
如果用手抓撓患處，可能引起繼發(fā)濕疹化表現(xiàn)，皮膚上會出現(xiàn)紅斑、丘疹，水泡破潰后還有滲出、脫屑、結(jié)痂等表現(xiàn)。
