中醫(yī)如何治療單純皰疹

中醫(yī)治療單純皰疹一般采用辨證的方式，根據(jù)發(fā)病表現(xiàn)和部位的不同，中醫(yī)將單純皰疹分為熱癰炙盛證和肝膽濕熱證，需根據(jù)發(fā)病類型對癥施治。
１、熱癰炙盛證
主要發(fā)病在口唇、鼻子、臉頰等部位，有灼熱、瘙癢的癥狀，還伴隨頭痛、咽喉腫痛。治療上以清熱散風為主，使用辛夷為主藥，同時配合黃芩、麥冬、百合進行治療。
２、肝膽濕熱證
該類型主要發(fā)病在外陰部，癥狀以水泡為主，且水泡易潰爛，還會有口苦咽干、心煩意亂的癥狀。治療主要是清瀉肝經(jīng)濕熱，采用龍膽草為主要用藥，同時搭配黃芩、梔子、澤瀉、木通、車前子治療，也可加入當歸起到補血作用。
