腘窩囊腫有哪些后遺癥

腘窩囊腫較小者，一般不會(huì)出現(xiàn)后遺癥，若囊腫快速生長(zhǎng)形成神經(jīng)壓迫，需盡快手術(shù)切除，否則可造成不良后果。
　　若出現(xiàn)囊腫后，對(duì)周?chē)窠?jīng)血管沒(méi)產(chǎn)生刺激，不會(huì)影響正常膝關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)，只是出現(xiàn)壓痛感或腫脹物，不會(huì)造成較大危害，可選擇定期觀察，不采取特殊治療。
　　若腫脹快速生長(zhǎng)或膿腫物較大，壓迫神經(jīng)動(dòng)脈，患者可出現(xiàn)明顯下肢刺痛或麻木無(wú)力等。若沒(méi)有及時(shí)治療可造成不良后果，可考慮超聲檢查，確定囊腫位置和大小，可手術(shù)治療切除。
