鼓膜穿孔的好發(fā)人群有哪些

嬰幼兒易發(fā)生急性中耳炎，是鼓膜穿孔好發(fā)人群。喜歡挖耳、經(jīng)常坐飛機(jī)等人群可能因鼓膜損傷導(dǎo)致鼓膜穿孔。
鼓膜穿孔多發(fā)生于嬰幼兒中，嬰幼兒咽鼓管較大較粗，鼻部分泌物或奶汁等易經(jīng)咽鼓管流入中耳，導(dǎo)致急性中耳炎。急性中耳炎可導(dǎo)致中耳化膿，膿液可腐蝕鼓膜，導(dǎo)致鼓膜穿孔。喜歡挖耳、經(jīng)常坐飛機(jī)、高臺跳水、潛水等人群可能因鼓膜損傷導(dǎo)致鼓膜穿孔。
鼓膜穿孔應(yīng)根據(jù)穿孔大小、發(fā)病原因等，針對性治療。若鼓膜穿孔較小，發(fā)病時間較短，可藥物保守治療，保持外耳道干燥，預(yù)防感染，鼓膜穿孔可能自行愈合。若穿孔較大，發(fā)病時間較長，無法自行愈合，應(yīng)手術(shù)治療。
