肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎早期會(huì)出現(xiàn)肩關(guān)節(jié)陣發(fā)性疼痛，部分患者肩關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)也會(huì)受到限制，而且患肩還很怕冷。
1、肩關(guān)節(jié)陣發(fā)性疼痛
肩關(guān)節(jié)周圍炎早期會(huì)出現(xiàn)肩關(guān)節(jié)陣發(fā)性疼痛，隨著病情進(jìn)展，疼痛也變成持續(xù)性，而且癥狀會(huì)隨之加重，通常表現(xiàn)晝輕夜重。當(dāng)肩部受到牽拉時(shí)會(huì)引起劇烈疼痛，有時(shí)還會(huì)出現(xiàn)廣泛壓痛感。
2、肩關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)受限
肩關(guān)節(jié)向各個(gè)方向活動(dòng)都有可能受限制，其中最明顯就是外展、上舉及內(nèi)外旋。隨著病情不斷發(fā)展，肩關(guān)節(jié)各個(gè)方向的主動(dòng)和被動(dòng)活動(dòng)均有可能受到限制，甚至還會(huì)出現(xiàn)“扛肩”現(xiàn)象。
3、患肩怕冷
不少肩關(guān)節(jié)周炎患者發(fā)病早期肩部會(huì)特別怕冷，現(xiàn)是終年用棉墊包肩。即便是在炎熱夏季，肩部也不敢吹風(fēng)。
