胃痛是什么位置

胃部具體形態(tài)、體積、位置具有一定差異性，胃痛位置也有所不同。胃痛位置一般以左側(cè)季肋區(qū)至肚臍上方區(qū)域較為常見。因此，胃痛位置多認(rèn)為在中上腹。
　　胃痛常見于胃潰瘍、胃炎、胃黏膜脫落等胃病。一般與飲食刺激、情緒、幽門螺旋桿菌感染有關(guān)。胃痛性質(zhì)以間接性或持續(xù)性脹痛、鈍痛、刺痛、絞痛、隱痛以及灼痛等為主，常伴有惡心、嘔吐、反酸、食欲不振等其他癥狀。
　　中上腹疼痛也并非是全由胃病所致，冠心病、膽囊炎等其他疾病引起的疼痛，常與胃痛位置相重疊。中上腹部出現(xiàn)持續(xù)性疼痛，應(yīng)及時到醫(yī)院完善胃鏡等相關(guān)檢查項(xiàng)目，明確診斷，以免誤診。
