胃息肉能自愈嗎

胃息肉不能自愈，可通過抗Hp治療、內(nèi)鏡下息肉摘除術(shù)、外科切除術(shù)等方法摘除局部息肉組織，避免病情進(jìn)一步惡化。
1、抗Hp治療
胃竇增生性息肉與HP感染有關(guān)，胃黏膜存在活動(dòng)性炎癥，適宜抗HP治療，根除HP可促使部分息肉消退。
2、內(nèi)鏡下息肉摘除術(shù)
有蒂息肉適合內(nèi)鏡下息肉摘除術(shù)，先將腎上腺素氯化鈉溶液注射于息肉組織，再用帶刺圈套器套住病灶，收緊后進(jìn)行高頻電切，息肉可順利摘除。
3、外科切除術(shù)
息肉癌變蒂部無癌細(xì)胞浸潤屬于早期癌變，無需采用外科切除術(shù)；梗阻性息肉或蒂部有浸潤、癌浸潤深度無法準(zhǔn)確判斷，應(yīng)以外科切除術(shù)為主。該種手術(shù)方法切除范圍較廣，但是術(shù)后恢復(fù)期較長，應(yīng)慎重考慮。
