急性膽囊炎傳染嗎

急性膽囊炎不會傳染，不具有傳染性特點。這主要尤其病因、實際病理特點而定。
急性膽囊炎多由于膽囊管梗塞、細菌感染等因素引起的急性炎癥。單純性發(fā)作較為少見，常合并其他病癥同時發(fā)病。將近有90%以上患者合并有膽囊結(jié)石，臨床上稱之為急性結(jié)石性膽囊炎；5%~10%的患者膽囊內(nèi)僅存在急性炎癥，未有結(jié)石，被稱為非結(jié)石性膽囊炎。從其誘發(fā)原因可判斷該病該病不屬于傳染性疾病，不具有傳染性特點。
傳染性疾病必須具備傳染源、傳播途徑、易感人群。三個條件缺一不可。而急性膽囊炎患者并非是傳染源，也未有其他傳染性途徑，雖有易感人群，但是并不符合傳染病特點。
