急性扁桃體炎會復發(fā)嗎

急性扁桃體炎會復發(fā)。復發(fā)原因與伴有其它慢性炎癥、抵抗力下降、未及時治療等因素有關(guān)。
1、伴有其它慢性炎癥
急性扁桃體發(fā)炎常伴有鼻炎、咽炎、鼻竇炎及鼻咽炎等其他慢性炎癥。局部炎癥消除后，其他慢性炎癥依然存在，在條件適宜情況下可再次發(fā)病。
2、抵抗力下降
過度勞累、營養(yǎng)不良、感冒、受涼、潮濕均可導致患者抵抗力下降，受到致病菌影響，急性扁桃體炎復發(fā)率較高。
3、未及時治療
扁桃體持續(xù)性發(fā)炎會導致扁桃體肥大而引起慢性扁桃體炎，通過應用抗生素治療，可消除局部炎癥反應，但是扁桃體可再次感染。因此，急性扁桃體炎復發(fā)率較高。
