甲亢能自愈嗎

甲亢無法自愈，不具有自愈性傾向，可通過藥物治療、放射碘治療、手術(shù)治療等方法逐步改善病情。
　　1、藥物治療
　　藥物治療主要適合于輕度甲亢患者，通過服用藥物減少甲狀腺激素分泌，促進甲狀腺功能恢復(fù)正常，但是藥物治療有副作用，易出現(xiàn)藥物過敏、肝損傷，應(yīng)密切觀察。
　　2、放射碘治療
　　放射碘治療主要是和甲狀腺腫大者，具體藥物用量由于患者吸收放射碘多少決定。該種方法治療過程較短，僅需以此即可改善局部病癥。但是哺乳期或孕期女性不可應(yīng)用。
　　3、手術(shù)治療
　　甲狀腺腫大較嚴重，或者高度懷孕甲狀腺腫瘤患者，上述治療療效有限者，可通過手術(shù)切除局部腺腫，維持甲狀腺正常功能。
