中醫(yī)如何治療口角炎

口角炎是常見口腔炎癥，中醫(yī)治療需采用中藥療法，常用藥物有清胃散加減、玉女煎合六味地黃丸加減等。
　　一、玉女煎合六味地黃丸加減
　　因口角炎存在口角粘膜皸裂及皮膚過度濕潤等癥狀，甚至已出現(xiàn)口角向外放射形皺紋情況者，可服用玉女煎合六味地黃丸加減治療。其作用是養(yǎng)陰清熱，具備滋腎補脾及瀉火作用。
　　二、清胃散加減
　　若患者存在口角處水腫及紅斑等癥狀，同時存在疼痛感，嚴重時甚至影響日常生活中進食和說話。出現(xiàn)口氣熱臭等癥狀，可服用清胃散加減方劑治療。主要包括當歸、黃連、知母、薏仁、山藥及生甘草等中草藥。主要是清胃涼血。
