得了浸潤性導(dǎo)管癌會(huì)出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)移，其轉(zhuǎn)移途徑主要包括：肺轉(zhuǎn)移、肝轉(zhuǎn)移、骨髓轉(zhuǎn)移、腦部轉(zhuǎn)移等。
　　1、肺轉(zhuǎn)移
　　浸潤性導(dǎo)管癌可通過血液淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移到肺部或癌細(xì)胞侵犯到肺部。肺部是浸潤性導(dǎo)管癌最為常見的轉(zhuǎn)移部位，將近有70%以上患者在復(fù)發(fā)時(shí)以肺轉(zhuǎn)移為主。
　　2、肝轉(zhuǎn)移
　　浸潤性導(dǎo)管癌也可通過血液和淋巴將癌細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)移到肝臟，影響肝功能，導(dǎo)致肝臟出現(xiàn)病變。
　　3、骨髓轉(zhuǎn)移
　　骨髓轉(zhuǎn)移主要通過血行傳播方式進(jìn)行。發(fā)生骨轉(zhuǎn)移后，患者可出現(xiàn)間接性骨痛，且疼痛程度會(huì)隨著病情深入而逐漸加重。
　　4、腦部轉(zhuǎn)移
　　浸潤性導(dǎo)管癌也可通過血液和淋巴道轉(zhuǎn)移到腦部組織，導(dǎo)致患者出現(xiàn)頭痛、頭暈、抽搐等癥狀。
