潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎會(huì)癌變嗎

潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎不會(huì)發(fā)生癌變，但是病情較為嚴(yán)重，未及時(shí)治療危害性較大，會(huì)誘發(fā)腸狹窄、結(jié)腸惡變、內(nèi)瘺等病發(fā)癥。
1、腸狹窄
腸道狹窄，有一定特定部位多發(fā)于左半結(jié)腸、乙狀結(jié)腸以及結(jié)直腸等部位，其主要誘因是由于腸道黏膜肌層異常增厚或者是假息肉數(shù)量過多，堵塞腸腔所致。
2、結(jié)腸惡變
結(jié)腸惡變與潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎密切相關(guān)。而惡變趨勢(shì)與患者病程長(zhǎng)短有關(guān)。并且持續(xù)時(shí)間在15~20年左右，惡變的幾率每年會(huì)增加1%。因此對(duì)于變成在10年以上潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎患者要注意避免結(jié)腸惡化。
3、內(nèi)瘺
腸腔之間相互粘連，或者是腸腔與膀胱、陰道等空腔臟器相互粘連會(huì)形成內(nèi)瘺；腸腔與皮膚相連，則易形成外瘺，雖然較為少見，但是不可忽略。
