馬牙的早期癥狀有哪些

馬牙早期癥狀不易被察覺，具有一定隱匿性。主要表現(xiàn)為：牙床有白色硬塊、牙齦脹癢。
1、牙床有白色硬塊
馬牙剛形成時，以牙床有白色硬塊為主，硬塊主要部位在口腔上顎中線兩側(cè)、齒齦邊緣，質(zhì)地較硬，多呈現(xiàn)乳白色或淡白色。而白色硬塊主要是由于上皮細(xì)胞堆積過多形成的正常性生理現(xiàn)象并非病理性改變，可在2~3個月后逐漸脫落。
2、牙齦脹癢
多數(shù)患兒無自覺性癥狀，但是也有一部分患兒在馬牙形成早期牙齦脹癢，而感覺到不舒服，拒絕吸奶、食欲不佳、哭鬧不止、愛搖頭、易煩躁等。這些癥狀也無需刻意先處理，馬牙逐漸脫落后，癥狀表現(xiàn)可逐漸消失，不會遺留任何后遺癥。
