麻疹有哪些后遺癥

麻疹不會遺留后遺癥，但是合并腦炎，則會對神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生影響，影響智力、誘發(fā)癲癇、癱瘓等后遺癥。
　　1、影響智力
　　麻疹合并有腦炎被稱為麻疹性腦炎發(fā)病率較低，僅為0.01%~0.5%左右。通過腦電圖檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)麻疹性腦炎患者腦電圖顯示異常，病毒侵犯的腦組織，誘發(fā)腦組織產(chǎn)生病變，影響患者治理，導(dǎo)致智力下降。
　　2、癲癇
　　麻疹侵犯到腦組織會對腦神經(jīng)產(chǎn)生影響，造成腦神經(jīng)異常。而癲癇發(fā)作是由于腦神經(jīng)異常放電所致。因此，麻疹性腦炎未及時治療可誘發(fā)癲癇等神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)性疾病。
　　3、癱瘓
　　麻疹病毒直接侵犯到腦部神經(jīng)中樞系統(tǒng)，會影響腦部神經(jīng)中樞系統(tǒng)功能，導(dǎo)致患者出現(xiàn)運(yùn)動障礙、肢體不協(xié)調(diào)，嚴(yán)重時肢體癥狀活動受限，引起癱瘓。
