麻疹的好發(fā)人群有哪些

麻疹好發(fā)人群主要包括：未患過麻疹者、未接種過麻疹疫苗者、接種過疫苗抗體水平較低者。
1、未患過麻疹者
麻疹不同于其他皮膚病，患過麻疹后，患者體內(nèi)已有麻疹抗體，不再發(fā)病。因此，未患過麻疹者是麻疹主要發(fā)病人群之一。
2、未接種麻疹疫苗者
接診麻疹疫苗體，接種者體內(nèi)已具備麻疹抗體，在受到一些致病菌感染時一發(fā)生抗體反應(yīng)不再患病。而未接種麻疹疫苗者在接觸致病菌后是很容易感染。
3、接種過疫苗抗體水平降低者
麻疹疫苗和其他疫苗有相似之處都具有時效性。過了麻疹疫苗有效期，體內(nèi)抗體可逐漸消失，對于麻疹病毒的免疫功能會下降，這類人群在接觸致病菌后很容易再次感染。
