麻風(fēng)病是怎么傳播的

麻風(fēng)病可通過直接傳播、間接傳播、其它傳播方式等途徑進(jìn)行傳播。
1、直接傳播
該種傳播途徑主要是健康者與麻風(fēng)病人直接接觸。在接觸與交談過程中，含有麻風(fēng)桿菌的唾液通過說話、打噴嚏、咳嗽等方式被健康者吸入；或者是含有麻風(fēng)桿菌的皮膚、粘膜損害與發(fā)生破損的健康者皮膚與粘膜直接接觸感染所致。
2、間接傳播
間接傳播是指健康者與麻風(fēng)病患者因?yàn)閭鏖g波媒介介入而感染。比如直接接觸被麻風(fēng)患者感染的衣物、毛巾、餐具、手指等被污染用品而感染疾病。間接性感染比直接接觸性感染發(fā)病率較低，但是仍不可忽視。
3、其他傳播方式
麻煩桿菌也可通過皮膚、消化道以及呼吸道侵入人體而引起感染性癥狀。
