蟯蟲(chóng)病好發(fā)人群主要為兒童，5~6歲左右幼兒發(fā)作率最高。該病主要與誤食感染期蟲(chóng)卵、身體免疫功能過(guò)于低下及同病人親密接觸等有關(guān)。
　　蟯蟲(chóng)病一般多發(fā)作在兒童身上，通常在托兒所及家庭中廣泛傳播。研究表明，不同年齡兒童感染蟯蟲(chóng)病概率也不相同，一般5~6歲左右兒童感染率最高。長(zhǎng)期呆在郊區(qū)兒童患病率明顯比城鎮(zhèn)兒童高。
　　蟯蟲(chóng)病主要發(fā)作原因是人誤食感染期蟲(chóng)卵。其也與個(gè)人體質(zhì)過(guò)差，身體免疫功能過(guò)于低下等有關(guān)。若長(zhǎng)時(shí)間和患蟯蟲(chóng)病者親密接觸，感染蟯蟲(chóng)病概率會(huì)大幅上升。
