橈骨只是出現(xiàn)骨裂或沒有移位的輕度骨折，很快就可以治愈，這種骨折不太嚴重。如果出現(xiàn)粉碎型骨折、開放性骨折、移位明顯的骨折時，就比較嚴重，可能導致功能障礙等。
一、大概率不嚴重的橈骨骨折
如果橈骨只是出現(xiàn)骨裂或骨折沒有錯位，只有輕微紅腫、疼痛癥狀，不伴隨功能障礙，一般通過外固定，并注意多休息，慢慢可以徹底治愈，對以后正常生活工作不會有太大影響。
二、大概率比較嚴重的橈骨骨折
1.粉碎型骨折
橈骨出現(xiàn)粉碎型骨折時比較嚴重，如果治療方法不當，骨折處無法恢復，常影響正常功能。
2.開放性骨折
當出現(xiàn)開放性骨折時，單純應用保守治療沒有太大效果，需要做外科手術治療，減少并發(fā)癥，促進骨折盡快愈合。這種骨折相對比較嚴重。
3.移位明顯的骨折
移位明顯的骨折也是比較嚴重的骨折，需要手術切開復位后，再進行內固定，促使骨折進一步愈合。治療不當可能導致關節(jié)畸形、功能受限等。
