乳腺脂肪瘤會(huì)復(fù)發(fā)嗎

乳腺脂肪瘤會(huì)復(fù)發(fā)，其主要誘因是瘤體未切除干凈、護(hù)理不當(dāng)、發(fā)病誘因未消除。
　　1、瘤體未切除干凈
　　乳腺脂肪瘤沒有確切治療方案，以手術(shù)切除為主。通過手術(shù)將整個(gè)瘤體切除，消滅原發(fā)性病灶可促使疾病痊愈。如果在做手術(shù)切除時(shí)，僅切除局部腫瘤組織，未完全切除干凈。剩余瘤體組織可能會(huì)繼續(xù)生長(zhǎng)，而再次復(fù)發(fā)。
　　2、護(hù)理不當(dāng)
　　護(hù)理不當(dāng)也是誘發(fā)乳腺脂肪瘤再次復(fù)發(fā)主要誘因，占到乳腺脂肪瘤復(fù)發(fā)34%左右。
　　3、發(fā)病誘因未消除
　　乳腺脂肪瘤雖然通過手術(shù)可完全切除，不留后遺癥。但是在術(shù)后要了解發(fā)病具體誘因，從根源入手可避免病情反復(fù)發(fā)作，如果僅僅切除局部原發(fā)性病灶，但是一些誘因沒有消除。治愈后，在這些誘發(fā)因素刺激下，可能會(huì)再次復(fù)發(fā)。
