皮炎性濕疹用什么藥

皮炎性濕疹可分為多個分期，不同分期病癥有所不同，適宜選擇的藥物也有所不同。
1、急性期皮炎性濕疹
急性期皮炎性濕疹多時，由于過敏性因素所致，皮損部無皰疹、糜爛。以局部紅腫，瘙癢為主。生理鹽水清洗局部后可用爐甘石洗劑收斂；有糜爛滲出性癥狀，就可用硼酸溶液濕敷。
2、亞急性期皮炎性濕疹
亞急性肌皮炎性濕疹，局部皮損較為顯著，可外用糊劑、溶劑類藥膏涂抹患處，加速皮損愈合減輕，局部感染性癥狀。
3、慢性皮炎性濕疹
慢性皮炎性濕疹持續(xù)時間較長，皮損較為嚴(yán)重，可外用糖皮質(zhì)激素類膏劑、乳劑、保濕劑、角質(zhì)松解劑等。既能夠消除局部癥狀，又可阻斷誘因，避免彼此的反復(fù)刺激而進一步加重。
