皮炎性濕疹會自愈嗎

有過敏性因素引起的皮炎性濕疹，在遠(yuǎn)離過敏原后具有自愈性傾向；但是絕大多數(shù)皮炎性濕疹無法自愈，需要通過一般治療、藥物治療等方法減少局部炎癥反應(yīng)。
1、一般治療
一般治療包括尋找病因和全身治療兩方面。尋找病因及尋找過敏原，避免患者再次接觸；全身治療主要以止癢、抗過敏治療為主，常用藥物為抗組織胺類藥物。
2、藥物治療
藥物治療包括外用藥物和內(nèi)服藥物。外用藥物一般以糖皮質(zhì)激素類藥物為主。對于輕癥、小范圍皮炎性濕疹效果突出。但是，長期應(yīng)用激素類藥物有一定副作用，應(yīng)該慎重選擇；而對于大面積皮炎性濕疹或者反復(fù)發(fā)作者，可在外用消炎抗感染作用藥膏同時，服用消炎抗過敏類藥物。單純性應(yīng)用激素類藥物有一定副作用。
