皮下脂肪瘤會不會遺傳

皮下脂肪瘤可分為單發(fā)性、多發(fā)性兩種，其形成都和遺傳性因素有關(guān)，多具有遺傳性傾向。
1、單發(fā)性皮下脂肪瘤
單發(fā)性皮下脂肪瘤較為多見，一般以單個性發(fā)作為特點，局部皮損明顯，瘤體可呈緩慢性增長趨勢。其發(fā)病原因較為復(fù)雜，除了與肥胖、糖尿病、局部創(chuàng)傷等因素有關(guān)之外，遺傳因素也是其誘發(fā)的主要病因。而該類型皮下脂肪瘤具有遺傳性，則可能是與患者第12號染色體上有易感性基因有關(guān)。
2、多發(fā)性皮下脂肪瘤
多發(fā)性皮下脂肪瘤較為嚴(yán)重，數(shù)量較多體積較大。未及時處理，局部皮損可逐漸加重，其形成原因和單發(fā)性皮下脂肪瘤有相似之處，也具有一定遺傳性。多數(shù)皮下多發(fā)性脂肪瘤患者常伴傳家族史。
