腎錯(cuò)構(gòu)瘤會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)移嗎

腎錯(cuò)構(gòu)瘤是良性腫瘤，良性腫瘤不具有轉(zhuǎn)移性，大多數(shù)腎錯(cuò)構(gòu)瘤不會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)移。不過有極少數(shù)腎錯(cuò)構(gòu)瘤存在侵襲性，主要侵犯局部及淋巴結(jié)，嚴(yán)重會(huì)出現(xiàn)瘤栓侵襲大靜脈。
腎錯(cuò)構(gòu)瘤良性腫瘤，大多情況下不會(huì)發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移，也極少復(fù)發(fā)。積極有效治療，預(yù)后良好，雙側(cè)、多發(fā)病變及腎功能不全患者，保守治療癥狀不能改善，對(duì)生活質(zhì)量造成一定影響。
極少數(shù)腎錯(cuò)構(gòu)瘤，侵犯局部及淋巴結(jié)，嚴(yán)重會(huì)出現(xiàn)瘤栓侵入大靜脈情況，這時(shí)會(huì)呈現(xiàn)出惡性行為表現(xiàn)，但不能說腎錯(cuò)構(gòu)瘤是惡性。不過還要重視治療，防止病情進(jìn)一步加重。
