室間隔缺損有哪些后遺癥

室間隔缺損后不積極治療，可能會導(dǎo)致心力衰竭、呼吸道感染、感染性心內(nèi)膜炎等后遺癥，有很高致死風(fēng)險；手術(shù)時操作不當(dāng)也可能導(dǎo)致心律失常。
1、心力衰竭
室間隔缺損較大，治療不及或治療方法不得當(dāng)，都可能導(dǎo)致心力衰竭，出現(xiàn)呼吸困難、咳嗽、胸悶等不適癥狀，嚴(yán)重時有致命風(fēng)險。
2、呼吸道感染
室間隔缺損心房血液出現(xiàn)分流，進(jìn)入體循環(huán)和肺循環(huán)，此時肺動脈血量增加，壓力增高，就容易出現(xiàn)呼吸道感染。伴隨咳嗽、發(fā)燒、呼吸困難等不適癥狀。
3、感染性心內(nèi)膜炎
室間隔缺損比較常見的后遺癥是感染性心內(nèi)膜炎，出現(xiàn)疲乏無力、盜汗、關(guān)節(jié)疼痛、皮膚蒼白、心臟雜音等癥狀，嚴(yán)重時會因昏迷、休克而死亡。
4、心律失常
對室間隔缺損主要治療方法是手術(shù)，但手術(shù)操作過程中對心臟傳導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)造成損傷，就會出現(xiàn)心律失常，對身體健康危害也很大。
