多數(shù)葡萄膜炎通過局部治療，全身激素治療，免疫抑制劑治療等方法可以治好。
1、局部治療
局部治療以眼藥水治療為主，可供選擇的眼藥水有瞳孔眼藥水、激素類眼藥水、非自提藥物眼藥水。在急性發(fā)作期局部應(yīng)用點藥水可緩解病癥，減少局部炎癥反應(yīng)，促進視力恢復(fù)。
2、全身激素治療
全身激素治療以口服藥物為主。通過口服激素類藥物短期減輕和緩解局部炎癥反應(yīng)，避免致病菌進一步感染。但是激素治療有一定適應(yīng)范圍，并非所有患者都適合。
3、免疫抑制劑治療
免疫抑制劑治療主要應(yīng)用于病情反復(fù)發(fā)作、非感染性疾病葡萄膜炎患者。尤其是通過上述治療方法效果不佳者，可考慮采用該種方法。
