舌癌嚴(yán)重嗎

早期舌癌危害較小，經(jīng)治療可長(zhǎng)期生存，晚期舌癌影響說話、進(jìn)食，導(dǎo)致死亡，舌癌早期治療十分重要。
　　舌癌是否嚴(yán)重與腫瘤大小、是否發(fā)生淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)。早期舌癌可引起舌癌潰瘍、疼痛，危害較小，經(jīng)治療可長(zhǎng)期生存。晚期舌癌由于腫瘤較大，有出血癥狀，壓迫鄰近器官，影響說話、進(jìn)食，由于發(fā)生肺部轉(zhuǎn)移、腦部轉(zhuǎn)移等遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移，對(duì)身體危害極大，可導(dǎo)致死亡。
　　舌癌首選手術(shù)治療。2厘米內(nèi)舌癌，可選擇手術(shù)切除腫瘤。若面積較大，可引起淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移，手術(shù)治療基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合頸部淋巴結(jié)清掃。若明確發(fā)生淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移，應(yīng)擴(kuò)大淋巴清掃區(qū)域。
