燒傷如何康復(fù)

輕度燒傷可自行用燒傷軟膏治療，出現(xiàn)感染可口服抗生素。嚴(yán)重?zé)齻麘?yīng)到醫(yī)院燒傷科就診，進(jìn)行局部清創(chuàng)治療及補(bǔ)液、抗感染等治療，嚴(yán)重時(shí)應(yīng)植皮手術(shù)治療。
　　燒傷后應(yīng)根據(jù)癥狀輕重處理。較輕燒傷不需到醫(yī)院治療，可自行使用外用燒傷軟膏，對(duì)于創(chuàng)口出現(xiàn)輕微感染，可口服抗生素治療。
　　若燒傷較重，應(yīng)及時(shí)到燒傷科治療。需對(duì)局部進(jìn)行清創(chuàng)治療，應(yīng)補(bǔ)充體液，維持體內(nèi)水電解質(zhì)平衡，積極抗感染治療。若燒傷很嚴(yán)重，需植皮手術(shù)治療。
　　燒傷病人需監(jiān)測體溫、血壓、呼吸等生命體征變化，若超出正常范圍，應(yīng)及時(shí)處理。對(duì)局部創(chuàng)面應(yīng)加強(qiáng)護(hù)理與換藥，防止創(chuàng)面感染。平時(shí)多翻身，避免創(chuàng)面受壓，加重病情。
