外傷性癲癇的早期癥狀以眩暈感為主，患者會(huì)明顯感覺腦部暈沉，還可能伴隨有惡心嘔吐癥狀。而多數(shù)患者也會(huì)出現(xiàn)間歇性全身性的癲癇發(fā)作，在清醒時(shí)也會(huì)出現(xiàn)難喚醒狀態(tài)。
1、間歇性全身性發(fā)作
外傷所致的癲癇發(fā)生率一般在5%左右，之后會(huì)有一定間歇性，大概持續(xù)2年左右會(huì)自行緩解或者消失。但對(duì)于5歲以下的小兒來(lái)說(shuō)，就算是輕微腦損傷也容易引發(fā)癲癇，而且還會(huì)持續(xù)性全身性發(fā)作。不過(guò)大多數(shù)患者用藥后可很好的控制，少數(shù)即使用藥預(yù)后也較差。
2、明顯眩暈感
外傷性癲癇早期較明顯的癥狀就是眩暈感，患者經(jīng)常會(huì)自述頭腦暈沉，且伴隨有惡心嘔吐。如果在用藥后還是持續(xù)性的暈厥，則需警惕是否發(fā)生了顱內(nèi)血腫。
3、清醒狀態(tài)下難喚醒
因腦損傷所致的癲癇，可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致患者在清醒狀態(tài)下也會(huì)突然深睡，喚醒時(shí)也無(wú)明顯反應(yīng)，這可能是昏迷加深的表現(xiàn)，需要予以重視。
