前列腺結(jié)石危害主要體現(xiàn)于：影響性功能、誘發(fā)細菌性感染、侵犯臨近器官與組織。
1、影響性功能
前列腺結(jié)石可以分為一型、二型、三型。一型前列腺結(jié)石較為輕微，對患者影響較小。但是二型與三型前列腺結(jié)石未及時治療會誘發(fā)輸精管梗阻，引起無精癥，影響患者正常生育。另外，前列腺結(jié)石易反復發(fā)作，久不治愈可誘發(fā)陽痿、早泄等性功能障礙。
2、誘發(fā)細菌性感染
前列腺結(jié)石會導致前列腺防御能力下降，易受到細菌侵襲，長期受到細菌性侵襲會增加前列腺癌發(fā)生率。
3、侵犯臨近其他器官與組織
前列腺與膀胱、腎臟相近。當前列腺結(jié)石體積較大，會誘發(fā)尿道梗阻，而引起尿潴留、尿液反流，誘發(fā)腎積水，嚴重時可導致腎衰竭、尿毒癥等其他并發(fā)癥。
