神經(jīng)鞘瘤傳染嗎

一般情況下，神經(jīng)鞘瘤是不傳染的，具體分析如下：

神經(jīng)鞘瘤一般是良性的，同時它也不屬于傳染性疾病，沒有傳染性，所以不會傳染。但是可引起偏頭痛，易造成醫(yī)源性神經(jīng)損傷、壓迫其他組織，危害性較大。

1.引起偏頭痛：神經(jīng)鞘瘤主要發(fā)病于顱腦內(nèi)體積較大時會對腦部造成損傷，容易引發(fā)偏頭痛，且呈持續(xù)性發(fā)作特點。

2.醫(yī)源性神經(jīng)損傷：神經(jīng)鞘瘤主要源于神經(jīng)鞘細胞良性病變，屬于特殊性周圍神經(jīng)腫瘤。診斷與治療并不困難，但是對于醫(yī)生的經(jīng)驗與要求過高，如果主治醫(yī)生由于誤診或經(jīng)驗不足，將腫瘤與神經(jīng)干一起切除，會造成醫(yī)源性神經(jīng)損傷。

3.壓迫其他組織：神經(jīng)鞘瘤體積過大時會壓迫周圍其他組織神經(jīng)，造成局部神經(jīng)組織受損而誘發(fā)各種并發(fā)癥。
