神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤會復(fù)發(fā)，且復(fù)發(fā)率較高，其原因是治療不當(dāng)、局部病灶轉(zhuǎn)移等誘因所致。具體內(nèi)容如下：
1.治療不當(dāng)：神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤以手術(shù)切除為主，尤其是原發(fā)性病灶未轉(zhuǎn)移者，通過手術(shù)切除局部病灶，能可以避免病情進(jìn)一步加重，誘發(fā)其他并發(fā)癥，降低復(fù)發(fā)率。若是治療時未從實際病情出發(fā)，或患者實際情況不適合通過手術(shù)治療，但是選擇其他方法治療不當(dāng)，有可能會誘發(fā)神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤復(fù)發(fā)。
2.局部病灶轉(zhuǎn)移：神經(jīng)母細(xì)胞瘤為惡性腫瘤，生長速度較快，病程較短。如果在發(fā)現(xiàn)疾病后經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)性治療，病情癥狀已經(jīng)有所改善，但是病情依舊有可能復(fù)發(fā)，就可能是由于局部病灶發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移，一些較小腫瘤組織未切除干凈，轉(zhuǎn)移至身體其他部位以及器官所致。
