胎兒畸形的早期癥狀有哪些

孕期胎兒畸形，孕婦無(wú)異常癥狀表現(xiàn)；胎兒在宮內(nèi)是否畸形，只能通過(guò)B超檢查、染色體核型分析、基因檢測(cè)等方法判斷。
　　1、B超檢查
　　在不同孕期做B超檢查，可判斷胎兒是否存在結(jié)構(gòu)性畸形。腦積水、唇腭裂、脊柱裂、先天性膈疝、無(wú)腦兒、單心房單心室等均可通過(guò)B超超聲檢查進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確性判斷，準(zhǔn)確率高達(dá)98%以上。
　　2、染色體核型分析、基因檢測(cè)
　　這類檢查項(xiàng)目主要是通過(guò)：羊水穿刺、絨毛活檢、臍靜脈穿刺等方法獲取胎兒組織細(xì)胞進(jìn)行分析判斷。該類檢查項(xiàng)目主要用于判斷胎兒是否患有21染色體綜合癥、18三體綜合癥等染色體異常引起的先天性疾病或?qū)σ徊糠忠阎虏⌒曰蜻M(jìn)行檢測(cè)。
