胸腺瘤會(huì)復(fù)發(fā)嗎

單純性胸腺瘤很少?gòu)?fù)發(fā)，復(fù)發(fā)率較低；侵襲性胸腺瘤、胸腺癌則復(fù)發(fā)率較高，容易反復(fù)發(fā)作。
　　1、單純性胸腺瘤
　　單純性胸腺瘤以良性更為多見(jiàn)，未發(fā)生惡變，通過(guò)手術(shù)切除局部腫瘤組織，術(shù)后做好相關(guān)護(hù)理方面事宜，定期到醫(yī)院復(fù)查即可，一般不會(huì)復(fù)發(fā)。
　　2、侵襲型胸腺瘤
　　侵襲型胸腺瘤體積較大，而且已經(jīng)侵犯到心包、大血管、肺部等器臟于組織，即便是通過(guò)手術(shù)方法切除局部腫瘤組織，但是已經(jīng)發(fā)生遠(yuǎn)處侵襲和轉(zhuǎn)移，身體其他器官和組織已經(jīng)受到損傷，復(fù)發(fā)率較高，不僅需要定期到醫(yī)院復(fù)查，在術(shù)后也要進(jìn)行輔助性治療。
　　3、胸腺癌
　　胸腺癌屬于惡性腫瘤具有惡變傾向，即便是通過(guò)系統(tǒng)性的治療，也無(wú)法完全治愈疾病。治療目的也盡量延長(zhǎng)患者生存周期、減少痛苦為主，易反復(fù)發(fā)作。
