良性胸腺瘤不會(huì)專業(yè)，惡性胸腺瘤會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)移，轉(zhuǎn)移率較高，且以肝轉(zhuǎn)移、骨轉(zhuǎn)移更為多見。
1、良性胸腺瘤
良性胸腺瘤屬于良性病變，癥狀表現(xiàn)較為輕微，不具有惡化傾向。在發(fā)病早期及時(shí)切除局部腫瘤組織，術(shù)后進(jìn)行適當(dāng)護(hù)理，定期到醫(yī)院復(fù)查即可。
2、惡性胸腺瘤
惡性胸腺瘤通過手術(shù)無法將所有腫瘤組織切除干凈，有惡變傾向。有部分患者隨著病情不斷深入，腫瘤可侵犯到其他組織、器官甚至發(fā)生遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移。其中，以肝轉(zhuǎn)移較為多見， 肝轉(zhuǎn)移轉(zhuǎn)占到胸腺瘤轉(zhuǎn)移33%左右；其次為骨轉(zhuǎn)移，胸腺瘤可通過血液循環(huán)轉(zhuǎn)移到全身各個(gè)部位骨組織。由于胸腺瘤轉(zhuǎn)移幾率較高，在發(fā)病后要及時(shí)進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療，之后通過放化療做鞏固性治療，避免復(fù)發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移。
