外耳道炎有急性與慢性之分，急性彌漫性外耳道炎早期癥狀為耳內灼熱、脹痛感，隨病情加重，耳道內出現(xiàn)分泌物。慢性外耳道炎早期癥狀為耳內發(fā)癢不適，出現(xiàn)分泌物，若急性感染，可發(fā)生急性外耳道炎癥狀。
一、急性彌漫性外耳道炎早起癥狀
急性彌漫性外耳道炎早期可表現(xiàn)為耳內灼熱感、脹痛感，疼痛不斷加劇，在說話、咀嚼時更嚴重，令患者坐臥不安。病情繼續(xù)發(fā)展，外耳道可出現(xiàn)分泌物，早期分泌物較稀薄，之后可變稠，呈膿性分泌物。
二、慢性外耳道炎早期癥狀
慢性外耳道炎可引起耳朵發(fā)癢不適癥狀，不時從耳內流出分泌物。慢性外耳道炎可因外耳道進水或外耳道皮膚受損轉為急性感染，發(fā)生急性彌漫性外耳道炎相關癥狀。
