絕經(jīng)有哪些分型

中西醫(yī)對(duì)絕經(jīng)分型不同。西醫(yī)常把絕經(jīng)分為自然絕經(jīng)和人工絕經(jīng)兩種類(lèi)型，絕經(jīng)過(guò)程分為三個(gè)階段，包括絕經(jīng)前期、絕經(jīng)期和絕經(jīng)后期。中醫(yī)把絕經(jīng)分為腎陰虛和腎陽(yáng)虛兩種類(lèi)型。
　　一、西醫(yī)中絕經(jīng)分型
　　1.自然絕經(jīng)
　　一般女性年齡到45到55歲時(shí)，卵巢功能減退，引起自然絕經(jīng)，不但月經(jīng)停止，還可能伴隨失眠多夢(mèng)、煩躁不安等不適癥狀，一般情況下不需治療。
　　2.人工絕經(jīng)
　　利用人為干預(yù)方法導(dǎo)致卵巢功能被迫停止是人工絕經(jīng)。如手術(shù)切除雙側(cè)卵巢，放化療影響卵巢等導(dǎo)致絕經(jīng)。
　　二、中醫(yī)中絕經(jīng)分型
　　1.腎陰虛型
　　腎陰虛型絕經(jīng)會(huì)伴隨頭暈、耳鳴、腰膝酸軟、失眠多夢(mèng)、皮膚瘙癢等不適癥狀。
　　2.腎陽(yáng)虛型
　　腎陽(yáng)虛型絕經(jīng)會(huì)伴隨頭暈耳鳴、形寒肢冷、腹冷陰墜、小便異常、精神萎靡等不適癥狀。
