新生兒敗血癥主要由細(xì)菌感染所致，主要傳播途徑為產(chǎn)前感染、產(chǎn)時(shí)感染及產(chǎn)后感染。
1、產(chǎn)前感染
產(chǎn)前感染是指新生兒未出生前在母親子宮內(nèi)已經(jīng)受到病原體感染。尤其是當(dāng)準(zhǔn)媽媽患有泌尿道感染性疾病、絨毛膜羊膜炎等，新生兒出生后感染敗血癥幾率更高。
2、產(chǎn)時(shí)感染
產(chǎn)時(shí)感染包括產(chǎn)程過長、胎膜早破、羊水過少、生產(chǎn)時(shí)進(jìn)行侵入性操作、生產(chǎn)時(shí)環(huán)境不潔等。
3、產(chǎn)后感染
產(chǎn)后感染主要是家長對(duì)新生兒的一些不良行為所致，比如擠乳房、挑馬牙等引起感染，或新生兒患有膿皰病、臍炎、尿布皮炎等皮膚感染性因素所致。
