牙周炎的好發(fā)人群有哪些

牙周炎是較常見牙科疾病，經(jīng)常吸煙，不注意口腔衛(wèi)生，精神壓力大的人，孕婦等都屬于高發(fā)人群。
　　1、吸煙一族
　　煙草燃燒的熱量和燃燒后產(chǎn)物，會對局部造成刺激，導(dǎo)致牙齒表面出現(xiàn)牙菌斑、牙結(jié)石，引起牙周炎。
　　2、不注意口腔衛(wèi)生的人
　　不能做到早晚刷牙、飯后漱口，口腔內(nèi)有大量食物殘渣滯留，誘發(fā)細菌滋生，引起牙周炎。
　　3、精神壓力大的人
　　生活工作壓力較大，經(jīng)常熬夜，內(nèi)心極度焦慮，長時間處在疲勞緊張狀態(tài)中，易誘發(fā)牙周炎。
　　4、孕婦
　　懷孕后體內(nèi)性激素分泌水平發(fā)生變化，牙齦中微小血管擴張、扭曲，血管通透性增加。若不注意口腔衛(wèi)生，易引起牙齦紅腫、出血等癥狀。
