早產(chǎn)有哪些后遺癥

早產(chǎn)的后遺癥有很多，包括視網(wǎng)膜病變、聽力問題、腦性麻痹等等。有的與智力有關(guān)，有的與智力無關(guān)，但是需要定期做健康檢測。
1、視網(wǎng)膜病變
早產(chǎn)兒的視網(wǎng)膜一般一邊發(fā)展較好，另一邊沒有成熟，這是因為提早接觸到氧氣，影響了血管的發(fā)育，可能會出現(xiàn)視力障礙、青光眼的情況。
2、聽力問題
一般出生體重較輕的孩子，聽力會有障礙，還會在長大后，影響語言發(fā)展。所以在出生以后，就要進(jìn)行聽力篩檢，如果不合格，及早進(jìn)行治療。
3、腦性麻痹
因為早產(chǎn)兒的腦部組織不成熟，所以很容易出現(xiàn)缺氧、腦室內(nèi)出血、窒息等狀況，這些會對中樞神經(jīng)造成影響，造成腦性麻痹，對智力的影響比較少，但是在運動的時候受到限制。它分為輕、中、重度腦性麻痹，但是及早治療的話，以后還可以自己獨立生活。
