肺支原體感染有自愈的可能，但是要根據(jù)患者的具體情況，如果身體不好就很難自愈。

　自愈的情況
　　身體抵抗能力很好的人群出現(xiàn)肺炎支原體感染，有可能會(huì)自愈，但如果患者的身體條件比較差，并且身體抵抗能力弱，在病情嚴(yán)重的時(shí)候，就可以用藥物治療，預(yù)防病程延長(zhǎng)，尤其是慢性呼吸道的炎癥也要預(yù)防，這種病屬于急性炎癥性疾病，患者會(huì)有咽喉腫痛、發(fā)燒等癥狀，部分患者會(huì)有惡心、嘔吐等。
　　治療上需要預(yù)防并發(fā)癥
　　肺支原體感染患者是否可以自愈，跟患者的體質(zhì)有很大關(guān)系。在進(jìn)行病原學(xué)檢查或血清特異性抗體等檢查的時(shí)候都可以幫助診斷，治療時(shí)需要注意選擇有效的抗菌藥物，患者需要配合積極治療，可以選用大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類抗菌藥物，積極治療，預(yù)防并發(fā)癥。
